Koke Ethiopia

With solid notes of berry, light citrus acidity, and sugary sweetness, this microlot from the Koke washing station is a perfect example of a coffee from Yirgacheffe. 

This lot was sourced by Ally Open, and produced by 96 small scale farms where farmers selectively hand-pick ripe cherries for harvest. The coffees are then sent to the washing station where it is sorted and processed.
