일차 [il-cha]: round 1; primary.

This is a term Koreans use to describe the first location when going out for the night. There are usually multiple stops on a night out, so each 'cha' counts higher and higher.

For Postern, this is the first round of our journey. With it, we present a balanced blend that is fruity, juicy, floral, and complex. This coffee will definitely work as a delicious first round for your day.

This blend is made up of 50% washed Colombian coffee and 50% natural Ethiopian coffee for a smooth profile that captures both nutty and fruity tasting notes.
