Postern Coffee
Santa Matilde El Salvador
This is a special coffee we fell in love with at first sip. It comes from Finca Santa Matilde in El Salvador, which has produced coffee for five generations. This natural process coffee is sun-dried for 25 days before it is milled and exported. This process gives this coffee a fruit forward sweetness, where we taste watermelon candy and plum. The coffee maintains a floral note and delicate body, creating a complex and delicious flavor.
This lot was sourced by Ally Open from the department of Ahuachapan in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.
