Coffee Cupping using Apax Lab Minerals

What effect does water have on the coffee you're tasting? Turns out, a lot!

Apax Lab creates different mixtures of minerals that we can add to our coffee to create different flavor profiles and experiences. 

In this cupping, we will taste through a few coffees using these different mineral mixtures.
