We’ve been wanting to release a coffee from Indonesia for a while, and when we came across this one, we knew it was something special. With this roast, we leaned into the sweet acidity of this coffee. We were presented with lemon candy, paired with sweet caramel and spice notes.
This coffee was sourced by Genuine Origin from the Blue Sunda Estate in West Java.
