This 2-hour class will go over a multitude of topics that will impact how you can make better coffee at home:

• Basic coffee info/overview
• Extraction variables (grind size, water temperature, ratios, & flow-rate)
• Brewing devices (conical, flat-bed, immersion)
• Brew recipes with hands-on examples and trials
• Q&A time at the end
