This microlot from Felipe Arcila gives us an exciting opportunity to try two different coffee processes, both of which underwent a dry anaerobic fermentation of 48 hours, where dehydrated mandarin skins were thrown into the process. Through this set of coffees, we not only get to try an extremely unique fermentation process, but we also get the opportunity to compare a washed and natural coffee without any other factors.

This natural mandarin processed coffee brings us a full and vibrant cup. It presents us with a slight strawberry acidity and a molasses mouthfeel. This coffee also, reminds us of the sweet tang of orange soda. Which means…
