We take decaf seriously here and always try to source high quality decaf coffee with all the flavors you can expect from a non-decaf coffee.
This decaf comes through Cafe Imports where they have sustained long-standing partners in Colombia to source some of the world's best coffees.

This Colombian coffee was decaffeinated using ethyl acetate, a byproduct of producing sugarcane. We think the EA (ethyl acetate) method of decaffeination makes some of the best tasting decafs by preserving a lot of the sweet flavors inherent to the raw coffee.

Flavor

We taste clementine, stone fruit, with an elegant cocoa note that reminds us of craft chocolate.
