"Gama" (pronounced like "comma") takes its name from traditional Korean wood-fired kilns, vessels of heat, time, and transformation.
Rooted in heritage and craft, this blend delivers bold, comforting flavors with a nostalgic warmth. Roasted with intention without compromising on quality or sourcing.
Developed, not dark.
This is a blend of 75% washed Mexico and 25% washed Peru.
Flavor
This coffee is smooth, balanced, and sweet with notes of toasted pecans and baker's chocolate with a rich velvety body/mouthfeel. We developed this profile to capture all the things we enjoy about darker roasts without the burnt, charred, or ashy flavors you sometimes find. Perfect for espresso and handles cream and sugar like a champ!
