A cozy coffee perfectly suited for slow mornings and slow sippings.
Pursuing big fruit and big body, this roast is perfect for espresso and warmly comforting on drip. Kick back, turn on some Chon, and let your morning vibe out.

This 50/50 blend is comprised of experimentally processed coffee from Unblended's Young Producer Development Lot and a washed Peru from Pangoa Jovenes, both groups empowering the next generation of coffee.

Flavor

We taste chocolate-covered strawberries and orange marmalade with a heavy body. A touch more developed than a medium roast, but with a perfect balance of clear fruit notes that's smooth and syrupy. If the Unblended Development Lot is too intense for you, you'll find this blend really tames it back for a cup that you can drink over and over.
