The Chelbesa Village is a renowned producing area in Yirgacheffe. This Grade 2 coffee has over 760 smallholders contributing through the Chelbesa wet mill. When selecting our next run of Ethiopian coffees, we found this particular one to be clean and vibrant. With unique blue raspberry and mango notes, and a balanced milk chocolate sweetness, we couldn't get enough of it.
